DisasterTheory Issues Content Warning

DisasterTheory has issued a vague warning about the content of their latest single teaser “Before I Break.”

The song dives into what DisasterTheory calls “a global societal dysfunction,” outlining the frustration that has come from the many issues being faced in society today. From cancel culture, violent riots and COVID-19 restrictions, the latest song teaser touches on all of them.

Mark Thomas says “we live in a society where everything is in danger. Our freedom of speech, our health, our finances and even our intellect. It’s frustrating and at times disgusting. I’ve always been one to put my opinion and voice out there, and often it’s offensive. Truth and perspective tend to have that effect. I’ve never been one to preach or try to convince others of anything however. I leave my words to those that hear them, to interpret them the way they see fit.”
